Return policy

At MIAQO, we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes it may be necessary to return a product. This returns policy has been established to offer you a simple and transparent procedure, in order to guarantee your complete satisfaction. Your trust is our priority, and we are here to support you throughout the returns process. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Return deadline:
You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return the products. After this period, we will not be able to accept returns.

2. Condition of returned products:
Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging. Products damaged, used or whose original packaging is altered will not be accepted.

3. Return costs:
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend that you choose a trackable shipping method and insure your package, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during return.

4. Refund or exchange:
After receipt and verification of the returned products, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid for the returned products, excluding initial delivery costs. The refund will be made according to the payment method used during the initial purchase.

If you prefer to exchange one product for another, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Additional delivery charges may apply for shipping the replacement product.

5. Return procedure:
To return a product, please contact our customer service by email (miaqocosmetics@gmail.com) to obtain a return label. Once received, carefully package the products in their original packaging, include a copy of the receipt, then send the package to our designated address (the return label).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions set out in this policy.
